James Miller DPT

Dr. Miller graduated from Chapman University located in Orange, California in 2007 where he received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Since graduation, James has been a member of the PRO PT orthopedic & sports rehabilitation team.James is a native of Sothern California, having grown up in Redlands, California. He graduated from Redlands High School in 1999 where he was a four year lettermen in soccer, baseball, and cross country and was named Citrus Belt League Athlete of the Year his senior year. James attended Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science in 2003. While at Gettysburg, James was a four year letterman on their championship soccer team which he captained his senior year. Recognition for his play on the Gettysburg pitch included three all league first team selections, two first team regional All-American honors, and the 2002 Centennial Conference Soccer Player of the Year award.While attending Chapman University, James’ physical therapy interests and skills grew into a versatile and complimentary combination. These interests currently include orthopedic and sports physical therapy, patients who suffer from chronic pain, vestibular (balance) rehabilitation, and combating the current obesity epidemic.In his free time, James continues to play soccer, is an avid golfer, and enjoys hiking & camping throughout California. In addition to his athletic hobbies, James loves spending time with his wife and cooking for friends and family.
